as we were inside most of yesterday.
Children inside have been busy in the art room, playing with the dramatic play toys and have
quiet time reading.
Issac and Ava came for a visit today so we are looking forward to them starting with us.
We wish everyone a safe and happy long weekend.

YAY...Welcome back Alex from your travels. You have been missed.
We have had a fun filled day today at Next Generation with all of the friends who have been here. Lots of our friends are unwell with a bug that is visiting the schools and daycares in the area. We hope all of our unwell friends get better soon so that they can come and join in with our fun and learning.

When Toby and his dad Ben arrived I had told them we had just finished watching a video of Toby with his friends and I will replay if Toby wanted to watch it - this was great to see.
We also welcomed Leo from our Under 2's centre today.

It's the second week of the school holidays at Next Generation and all the children are
having a great time being outside while they can. Colby couldn't pass until he had given
Emma some money - Jodie played hide and seek in the barrel swing. Sebastian had a great
time climbing up the ladder.
A group of boys had their own mat time and all read a book out loud at the same time,
children did puzzles, played with the blocks and helped Danelle do some cutting.
FUN, FUN, FUN, FUN, FUN.

Danelle set up a great obstical course and the girls got stuck into some work in the sandpit, and I had my very first experience using a "pro scope
I had a great day playing with all the lovely children (and staff).
